Abstract
El Plano de la Ymperial Mexico, con la nueva distribución de los territorios parroquiales para la más fácil y pronta administración de los Sagrados Sacramentos, dispúsolo en 1769 años de orden del Ilustrísimo Señor Don Francisco Antonio Lorenzana Buitrón Dignísimo Arzobispo de esta Santa Iglesia Metropolitana, Don Joseph Antonio de Alzate y Ramírez (véase mapa 1), es el título de uno de los muchos mapas realizados a lo largo del siglo XVIII, sólo que en su extenso encabezado, se advierte la misión a la que fue destinado: la de administrar los sacramentos con eficiencia.
