Abstract
¿Son citadinos todos los “individuos urbanos”, es decir, todos aquellos que habitan la ciudad? Al definir la citadinidad como resultado de una relación individual con el espacio urbano y con los grupos que habitan en él, estamos postulando siguiendo a otros autores que, lejos de ser algo dado, ésta se inscribe en un proceso de duración y formas variables según los distintos habitantes de las ciudades. Si de esta hipótesis se deduce que hay individuos más citadinos que otros, es importante comprender cuáles son los componentes de la citadinidad, los criterios de su elaboración y los niveles en que se despliega.
