Abstract
Desde hace alrededor de 20 años, la temática del espacio público se ha ido haciendo cada vez más popular en el medio de la investigación en las ciencias sociales, en particular la urbana, en los países occidentales, Europa y América del Norte principalmente, pero también en otros contextos culturales, como América Latina (cf. por ejemplo, François-Xavier Guerra y Annick Lempérière, 1998, y Angela Giglia, 2001). De esta temática se ocupan diversas disciplinas, pero es evidente que la geografía puede aportar un punto de vista útil e incluso evitar algunos escollos aparecidos en los incipientes debates interdisciplinarios.
In all cases, authors will retain the moral rights established by law and they will yield the right of first publication of their article to the journal. The work is to be registered under the Creative Commons license, which will allow the author or other parties to use what has been published, provided the authorship of the work and the first publication conducted by the magazine are rightfully cited. Similarly, authors should include a link referring to the site of the original publication.
